protect them from the persecutions by the regime of Vichy and the Nazi occupier. As months go by, more and more of them will spend a few weeks or a few months at Izieu.<\/p>\n<p>This exhibition presents documents mainly from the Maison d\u2019Izieu\u2019s collections. Souvenir photos, administrative or private letters and testimonies describe the daily life of this first year : setting up the premises, organising the stewardship, offering children outdoor or
